Free Trial

  • GuardApps offers a 30-day free trial.
  • No payment method is required to start or use the free trial.
  • No charges occur during the trial period.
  • Trial access ends automatically unless the user chooses to purchase a subscription.


Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
  • Users must manually complete checkout to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.
  • Charges occur only after explicit payment authorization.


Refund Eligibility

  • Because no payment information is collected during the trial, refunds generally apply only to completed subscription purchases.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@guardapps.io within 7 days of the charge
  • All sales are final once a license key has been issued
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds may be considered only if: The software fails to activate due to a verified technical issue and cannot be resolved by support
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in license suspension and account termination.
