Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any GuardApps software or services (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Software License Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.
GuardApps products are digital software utilities delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, a license key or access credentials are delivered via email or user account.
GuardApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business use only, subject to these Terms.
License keys are generated and delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete once the license key is issued to the email address or account provided at checkout.
The Software is designed to provide monitoring, organizational, optimization, and awareness tools. GuardApps does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or uninterrupted operation. Software functionality may vary depending on system configuration and environment.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software
Reverse engineer or modify the Software
Use the Software for unlawful purposes
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” GuardApps makes no guarantees regarding performance, security outcomes, or risk prevention.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardApps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Software.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
GuardApps Software LLC collects, stores, maintains, and shares information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://guardapps.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you hereby agree and consent to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
